If you have an urgent concern about the safety or welfare of your child, or someone else's, during the current school closure, please contact Customer First immediately via If your concern is not urgent but you would like to speak to a member of school staff, please contact the school DSL team at and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you think you may need help feeding your family during the closure, please contact Suffolk FIND for advice regarding food parcels.

Remember that it is vital that all of us, children and adults, are following social-distancing guidelines at this time. Please ensure that your child is at home with you or with a safe and trusted adult. We realise that many children will be staying in touch with their friends via online gaming, messaging and social media sites. Please be mindful of the potential dangers online and ensure that you are continually checking and monitoring your child's internet usage.
