The Active Learning Trust and Gusford Primary School are aware of its responsibilities under data protection legislation and will fulfil those responsibilities for both staff and pupils.
The Active Learning Trust will register annually with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) will apply in the UK from 25th May 2018. The requirements affect all schools including Gusford Primary School. We have updated the policy section on our website to include the latest GDPR relevant policies from the Active Learning Trust.
